Over the past several months, I have had the pleasure of working with John. He has explained and helped me better understand human kinesiology and nutrition, which jump-started my transformation. I was eating right but hadn't been training with enough intenstiy and structure to build muscle optimally. With John's program, I was able to add greater results in half the time of what I was normally accustomed to. On the flip side, with the new program he created, I have successfully lost over 30 pounds of fat while actually making minor strength gains. I attribute the fat loss to dieting and cardiovascular exercise, but the smart and precise workout spared muscle while losing fat.
