Free Fitness Consultation

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING YOUR CONSULTATION:

A consultation generally lasts 45 minutes.  We'll spend the first half of the hour talking about your health history, previous training experience, any injuries you've sustained, and your specific fitness goals.

During the second half of the consultation, we'll take you through a Movement Assessment.

WHAT’S A “MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT”?

Don’t worry – a Movement Assessment isn’t a workout!  We have you do a brief series of movements in order to assess your flexibility and to check for muscular imbalances.

If you decide to join GrassIron, we want to make sure we get you started on a fitness program that is appropriate for you – we’re determined to get you moving toward your goals safely.

In short, the goal of the assessment is to make we have a full understanding of any potential setbacks and to make sure you get started on the right foot.

Q & A:

We want you to get a feel for the culture and community at GrassIron, and we want you to ask questions!  We want you to see our fitness trainers interacting with clients.  There’s no substitute for experiencing something first-hand… we want you to be able to decide whether or not we’re a good fit - with NO OBLIGATION.

That’s why we offer a FREE Consultation.  Click here to see 150+ GrassIron SUCCESS STORIES!
