1 cup honey, agave nectar, maple syrup or brown rice syrup
1 cup nut or seed butter (try: peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower)
1 cup dried fruit, finely chopped (try: apricots, cranberries, figs, raisins, goji berries, coconut flakes)
1 cup raw nuts, finely chopped (try: almonds, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts)
1 cup raw seeds (try: sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
1 cup rolled oats (pulverized in food processor), 1 cup carob powder, OR 1 cup seven grain hot cereal
