It began with a nutritionist recommending I take some before meals to aid digestion. Then an acupuncturist prescribed it for sinus congestion, and a friend suggested I take it to lower my blood sugar. Everywhere I turn, another person is telling me why I should take raw apple cider vinegar. Even Fido or Whiskers want in, since putting a dash in their drinking water helps control fleas and promotes a healthy, shiny coat.

 

THE SIMPLE VERSION:

1 glass of water

2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar

maple syrup, raw honey, agave nectar or stevia to taste.

 

FANCYPANTS ADD-INS:

Dash of cayenne pepper, ginger juice, lemon juice.
