WHAT WE OFFER:

We offer personalized nutrition counseling and education.  Each consultation lasts 30 minutes.

HOW IT WORKS:

We take a realistic approach to nutrition.  We discourage extreme calorie deficits and fad diets. One of our fitness trainers will sit down with you, take a look at how you currently eat, and help you develop a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and activity level.  With Nutrition Coaching, you'll earn how to set daily goals for macronutrients and calories. You'll also learn about nutrient timing.

We could give you a meal plan and tell you exactly “what” to eat, but then we wouldn’t be teaching you anything.  Most of you have probably heard the saying, “Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime”.

Our goal is to make sure you have the tools you need to eat properly. At GrassIron, we want to you eat well for the rest of your life (and not just the next six weeks), so we won’t simply hand you a meal plan; we will teach you to fish.
