We offer two types of massage: Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.
Sports massage is great for athletes and for those who train at a high intensity (even if you don't compete). The focus of sports massage is to increase range of motion and flexibility, relieve muscle soreness, promote a quick recovery and enhance athletic performance. It's also effective in treating injuries.
Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue; it's great for folks who suffer from the following: chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, and postural problems. It's also helpful in terms of injury recovery.
We specialize in personal training, powerlifting, and Olympic Weightlifting. Our trainers/coaches have experience working with clients of all ages/fitness levels. Whether youʼre a couch potato or a competitive athlete, we care about your unique goals, and our only goal is to help you reach them!
