Saturday 1/6 at 1pm.
Things you can expect to learn:
- How to set the appropriate calorie/macronutrient goals for the competition
- How to safely increase the amount of STEADY STATE cardio you do during the next 6 weeks
- How to maximize My Fitness Pal to increase your odds of success
We'll also focus on:
- Several extremely effective weight loss tips
- How to increase your protein intake
