The first-ever (grass)IRON CHEF event was a big hit and full of surprises. We discovered there are many talented chefs among us... and a few rabble-rousers demanding a recount. (It was a very close competition!)
Although we had many delicious entries, the Overall Best Dish was awarded to Ami. Her Chicken Stir-Fry with Asparagus and Cashews was both super-nutritious and delicious. Paul’s Grilled Scallop Salad edged out Sean’s Vietnamese Meatballs, receiving the “People’s Vote” for tastiest dish.
(The dishes were so yummy, none of us put down our fork and picked up a camera! Next time we'll remember to take photos.)
