Classes

WHAT WE OFFER:

POWERLIFTING CLASS: M-F 6:30PM, SAT 11AM

  • This class focuses on the Big 3: Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS: MWF 4-5:30PM

  • This class focuses on Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

Both classes are appropriate for both beginners and experienced, competitive lifters.

HOW WE’RE DIFFERENT:

Classes are taught by experienced coaches only. When the class size reaches 10, we bring in an assistant coach, so you’ll always have eyes on you and always receive technical feedback.

We provide very structured programming.  We’ve been doing this for several years now – in that time, we’ve collected a lot of “empirical data”.  In other words, our programs have actually been tested in the field, which is exactly why they work – they’ve been tested and revised and tested and revised and tested and revised … you get the idea.

We place a strong emphasis on proper technique because we know poor technique results in injury… and a short lifting life!  If you’re doing this wrong, you won’t be doing it for long!
