Tiffany has been training at GrassIron for the last two and a half years. She's very consistent and works extremely hard each time she's in the gym, so it's no big surprise that she's made some pretty significant strength gains!
She recently went to the doctor for a routine checkup/bloodwork and was surprised to learn that she's pre-diabetic. As I mentioned earlier, Tiffany is an extremely hard worker. She decided to make some pretty significant lifestyle changes to see if she could reverse her condition and avoid taking medication.
After a little over a month of carefully monitoring her carb intake/trying to eat healthier overall, she's
DOWN 20 POUNDS!
and is extremely optimistic about the future.
