Sherrill's been training with us for almost a year and a half now, so it's fair to say she's dedicated! But it goes beyond that. During the past few months, she's struggled with some SI/low back pain.

In addition to struggling with low back pain, she recently started a new job. For most of us, a new job is a really good excuse to "take a break" from training. But not Sherrill. She simply changed her training schedule and hasn't missed a beat!
