When Mitch came to GrassIron at the end of September, he was already very active. He was running 2-3 miles/5 days a week and practicing yoga. But like a lot of us who are no longer in our twenties, he'd suffered multiple injuries, and more than anything, he hoped strength training might help him remain injury-free and able to stay active and do all the things he loves to do!
Shortly after he started strength training, he got a DEXA scan. His body fat percentage was 26.0%. He weighed 181.1 pounds and had 47.1 pounds of fat and 128.1 pounds of muscle.
