Michael is an acrobat, which means he’s always pushing the limits of movement and strength! When he first joined GrassIron over five years ago, his main goal was to build strength to support his acrobatics—and he’s absolutely crushed that goal.
More recently, he’s shifted his focus to nutrition, aiming to get leaner while maintaining all the muscle he’s worked so hard to build.
As a vegetarian, he’s had to be especially mindful about getting enough protein each day—and his most recent DEXA scan proves just how successful he’s been!
