John accepted the challenge! We made modifications to his strength training program to accommodate the additional mileage, and then it was nose to the grindstone!
And - no big surprise - he
KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK ON HIS FIRST TRI!
And he had so much fun that he's already signed up for next year!
