Man deadlifting 128kgWhen Joe started training with us in November of 2022, one of his primary goals was to slowly MAKE EXERCISE A HABIT. He decided to sign up for 30-minute training sessions/2 x week.

He's certainly achieved his primary goal: he has made exercise a habit.... and a whole lot more!
