A few months ago Jodi set a goal of competing in the Austin Fittest competition, and she immediately ramped up her training. She started doing sprints and agility training. She hopped on the rowing machine and started doing intervals. She added farmer walks, the atlas stone, and medicine ball to her training program.
And on the day of the competition, she absolutely CRUSHED IT!
