When Jayneel started training with GrassIron, he wasn't new to lifting. He'd done a lot of strength training as a young man, but like many of us, life got really busy! He started a family and had a career that needed his time and attention, so the gym took a back seat.
After several years of not training, Jayneel found his way back into the gym in July of 2022, and it didn't take him long to find his rhythm again.
