Before trying for her third child, Elizabeth made her nutrition a top priority, and the results were pretty remarkable. She lost nearly 20 pounds, maintained her weight loss for several months, and set the stage for a healthy pregnancy.
In addition to dialing in her nutrition, she stayed dedicated to strength training. She was at Olympic lifting class three times a week... without fail! In fact, she was on her way to class when her water broke!
