In October Elizabeth decided she wanted to drop a few pounds. She continued to come to the gym consistently, and in addition to strength training, she made some pretty significant changes to her nutrition and VÍOLA!

22 POUNDS!
Additionally, she has maintained that weight loss while enjoying all that the Thanksgiving holiday has to offer!
