Decade birthdays can be powerful motivators—and Diane is living proof!
This year she turns 60, and instead of slowing down, she set bold goals and worked tirelessly to achieve them. And achieve them she did.
Her first goal was largely symbolic. Bench pressing 60 kg (132 lbs) for her 60th—done and dusted. ✔️
But Diane didn’t stop there. Her next challenge was far more ambitious: the legendary John Muir Trail.
For those of us who don't hike, this trek isn’t just tough—it’s brutal. Think 220 miles of rugged terrain, sky-high passes, and relentless climbs. It's the kind of challenge that most of us can't even imagine!
YET IN JUST 24 DAYS, DIANE:
-
HIKED 220 MILES
-
CLIMBED 47,000 FEET OF ELEVATION
Diane, you continue to amaze and inspire us! From the weight room to the wilderness, you've proven that turning 60 isn’t about slowing down, it’s about leveling up! We're in awe, truly!*
