When Dennis joined GrassIron in Sept of 2021, his primary goals were to:

When he started this leg of his journey, he decided he'd come to the gym and lift weights twice a week for 30 minutes. He showed up consistently for about 9 months, and then he felt ready to take it up a notch.
In August Dennis joined Powerlifting Class and started lifting weights 3 times a week for an hour each time. That's a significant increase, and it's paid dividends!
At the end of the most recent training cycle, Dennis set 2 HUGE PRS!
