At the beginning of 2021, Chris set very specific fitness goals and focused on making positive, healthful changes. He was determined to eat better and lose body fat, and he decided to jump-start his effort with Whole30. Whole30 is anything but easy, but he was diligent and he stuck with it. At the 30-day mark, he'd lost 21 pounds.
But Chris wasn't done. After completing Whole30, he focused on continuing to eat clean. And it's working!
