Bruce has been lifting weights for 12 or 13 years now, so he's been at this for a while. He's definitely not a rookie anymore, and strength gains don't come as easily as they once did.

to his program. Prior to this year, he was lifting weights once a week, so adding another day effectively increased his workload by 100%... and it's made a huge difference.
