Angela began her strength-training journey in January 2025. By June, she upped the ante and started working with barbells. By the end of the summer, she was able to deadlift 83kg (182 lb) for 1 rep. Impressive, to say the least!
When she joined GrassIron in October 2025, Angela came in with three major goals:
- Maintain Strength
- Learn Proper Form
- Fall and Injury prevention
She committed to training three days a week for one hour, and her consistency has paid off in a huge way. (No big surprise there!)
Fast-forward to April of 2026; she TRIPLED HER PREVIOUS BEST (and even added a few kilos)!
