When Dalya joined GrassIron 4 months ago, she set some lofty goals:

She wanted to run her FIRST EVER Half Marathon

She wanted to get strong in the process
And she had done just that! She signed up for the 3M Half, and at the end of the day, she had her first-ever Finisher Medal!
And while logging all those miles, she still managed to get to the gym 3 times a week for strength training sessions. And those numbers are impressive, too! She's currently
SQUATTING 45KG/99# FOR 6 REPS
BENCH PRESSING 40KG/88# FOR 6 REPS
DEADLIFTING 60KG/132# FOR 8 REPS
Accomplishing just one of those two things is impressive in and of itself! Dalya managed to do both simultaneously - she has her Finisher Medal AND she's stronger!
