AUSTIN FITNESS TRAINING SUCCESS STORY!
Dan took his fitness training to the next level! He and his GO RUCK team lugged 22 bags of sand, one very heavy log, a guidon bucket weighing between 30 or 40 pounds, and bear crawled through all sorts of terrain (including mud and water... you get the idea). Oh, yeah. And they each wore a ruck (backpack) containing 40 pounds of bricks... the entire time.
They covered 10-15 miles. In 12 hours. Oh, I almost forgot. They started at 1am. During SxSW.
