During the past few months, Mark has focused on increasing his strength levels, and it's paid off! He's added 15 pounds to his bench press: his best lift is now 240 pounds. His picture-perfect squat went from 255 to 285, and he also added 30 pounds to his best dead lift, increasing that number to an impressive 295 pounds... all at a body weight of 175 pounds. Wow!
